Mediation

Rosana has a passion for mediation within the Construction and Real Estate industries, Business to Business Disputes, Cross Border Conflict, and Church disputes.

Rosana’s number one passion is to mediate construction projects:

This is an industry she is well known for her expertise. Land Developers,
Construction Companies and their various consultants often turn to
mediation to minimize disputes and the costs, both financial and time,
arising from litigation and arbitration. Mediation is also appealing because
a construction dispute can be mediated while litigation or arbitration is an
ongoing process that may delay project completion.

Rosana has acted as a negotiator in numerous projects in Orange, Los
Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino counties due to the demands of
Real Estate Developers and the rules and regulations of state government
and local agencies.

Rosana’s goal is to be resourceful in resolving her client’s dispute while
upholding what each client value the most. Her clients trust her to
execute a creative resolution process that emphasizes cost savings,
protection of dignity, and positivity while minimizing negative consequences.

Over the next generation,
I predict, society's
greatest opportunities,
will lie in tapping human
inclinations towards
collaboration and compromise
rather than stirring our proclivities
for competition and rivalry.
There may be the most creative
social experiments of our time.
